Rwanda is one of the African countries I would visit – MISTY DENCE
In an interview with Eaglewingnews.com on Monday, June 1st, 2026, Misty DENCE, a Nigerian famous content creator says Rwanda is one of the African countries he would visit someday.
Misty DENCE says that outside of his life as a star, he is a normal man at home like everyone else.
When you watch him in the videos he posts on social media, you see that he is a different man.
When you talk to him, he is a calm man and kind. He talks and listens to you, and he answers your questions correctly.
This man confirms that what he does today has something to do with what he loves since he was a child.
Misty DENCE says that he grows up with big dreams but life was not easy.
Before he starts his content creation career, he worked for people for many years trying to make a living, but despite the great effort he put in, the salary was not enough.
This man says that he always struggled to live without money, sometimes he lived in a life of borrowing money from people to be able to survive the next month.
It came to a point where she realized that all she had to do was find independence in something she could call her own.

How he met his spouse before social media
Misty DENCE says that relationships came first. He and his partner met at his last job.
At the time, they were boyfriend and girlfriend. Being partners was not yet a thing.
The time came for them to quit their jobs at the same time. At that time, the man thought that they would build a family and a career together through content creation.
Misty DENCE who says “Rwanda is one of the African countries I would visit”, affirms that the life they lived before fame was really difficult. They worked hard every day but when it come to earning money, things were not stable.
The salary was not enough at all, and many times they couldn’t even push them to the next month without borrowing money.
There was pressure, restlessness and anxiety because of not progressing and he knew that he was an innovator and a talented person but opportunity didn’t come to him.
What was the journey of getting into content creation like?
At first, starting a content creation business was not easy at all, as Misty DENCE admits.
When he starts, he had very few views, very little support, and even had doubts at times.
He continues to be consistent because entertainment was his thing since childhood.
Misty DENCE says that the idea for content creation was His.
He says that his spouse is not really a social media person or a content creator: “She is a business person and has her own business that she takes care of very serious. In the beginning, to be honest, it was difficult to convince her to come and help me build this dream.”
Misty DENCE talks to other content creators from another family and many of them understand.

Speaking about his daughter, he says: “My daughter Michelle, who is now 3 years old. She was about a year old when she first appeared in a content video. I immediately notice that she loves the camera as if it is something inside her.Whenever she sees a camera nearby, she would immediately pause and act like she was about to take a picture.” One of her first content pieces was watched by a lot of people and with over 50 million views. That’s when I realized there was something special about the way she looks on screen.”
Misty DENCE says that before entering the content creation industry, He lived a very difficult life. He worked hard every day, but she still had financial problems.
Sadly and heartbreakingly, the amount of money he earned wasn’t matching by the level of dedication and pressure he was under: “You work so hard, you live in fear and anxiety, but you end up not being able to provide for your family.” The workers were always afraid, it seemed like they were being forced to do what they did, and it wasn’t enough. Mentally, you were weak. I kept asking myself if this was really the life I wanted…”
How difficult is it to marry a content creation colleague?
Misty DENCE explains that the most difficult thing is to separate work emotions from real love emotions:” Sometimes you can have disagreements about content, timing, ideas, or pressure from work. If you are not careful, it can affect the relationship personally. Since my spouse is naturally more private and business-minded while I am the creative one, there were moments we saw things differently. But with time we learned communication, patience, and understanding”.
Misty DENCE who says “Rwanda is one of the African countries I would visit” affirms that he knows the difference between workplace conflict and marital conflict:” We try to remind ourselves that content is business while marriage is personal. Sometimes we take a break, calm down, and revisit issues later. We are still learning honestly, but communication helps a lot. You cannot carry every work disagreement into the home emotionally. We understand that we are one brand and one family. Her success is my success and my success is hers too. We support each other because the goal is bigger than individual attention.”
The family’s surprising Life, off camera
This man reveals that like all relationships, they are not without their disagreements, but they eventually reconcile and come to an agreement:” Every relationship has difficult moments, especially when pressure, stress, and public life are involved. There were moments things became overwhelming, but understanding, love, patience, and remembering why we started always helped us push through.”
This man, says that everything they do is to protect their young daughter in any way possible.
Misty Dence says: ”We try our best to protect her childhood and keep balance. Not every part of our lives goes online. We still make sure she enjoys normal family moments away from cameras and social media pressure. Right now, she is still very young, so we are careful and observant. Sometimes attention from people can become overwhelming, which is why we try to balance content with normal parenting and real childhood experiences.”
The unspoken bad thing no one else told him about in famous life
What surprises this man in his famous life are explained in these words:” One surprising thing is how people suddenly feel entitled to your personal life. Fame can also make people misunderstand you easily. Some people only see the success online and do not understand the pressure, sacrifices, and mental stress behind it. Success changes relationships sometimes. Some people become distant, some misunderstand your growth, while others expect too much from you. It is part of life honestly. Growth reveals real relationships. Sometimes yes. There are moments you just want peace and privacy without attention. If nobody recognized me for a day, I would probably just enjoy normal freedom quietly with my family.”
The man who says “Rwanda is one of the African countries I would visit” affirms that fame tests his mental strength: “Fame definitely tests your mental strength. Social media can become overwhelming if you are not careful. But at the same time, the journey has also strengthened my faith because I know where God brought me from.”
Are you thinking of visiting Rwanda and creating content there?
When we asked this man this question, he answered without hesitation: “I have not visited Rwanda yet, but I have heard a lot of positive things about the country, especially the cleanliness, culture, and growth. Rwanda is one of the African countries I would genuinely love to visit someday. I think, it would be an amazing experience and beautiful content opportunity, especially because I enjoy storytelling and creating memorable family experiences.”
Misty who announces that “Rwanda is one of the African countries I would visit”, says:” I know Africa is filled with amazing creative talents and I would definitely be open to collaborating with creators from Rwanda and different African countries. I would love to create family-friendly content that shows the culture, lifestyle, humor, food, beautiful places, and everyday experiences in Rwanda. I would want thecontent to feel natural and relatable. Honestly, I would be open to meeting creative minds, entertainers, and inspiring public figures who are contributing positively to Rwanda and Africa.”
His impression when he stands on stage of OSCARS AWARDS
Misty DENCE, imagine, you are standing on stage at the OSCAR AWARDS ceremony in HOLLYWOOD, next to you are your spouse and your daughter Michelle, thousands of cameras and international media are following you live, what message would you give to your partner in that moment?
When this man answers this question, it is clear that he knows the value of a woman.
This man replies with these words: ”I would tell her thank you for believing in this journey even during the difficult times. Thank you for sacrificing, supporting, and building with me even when things were uncertain. I know this was not originally your dream, but you stood beside me and helps make it reality. I would also tell my daughter that she changed our lives in many beautiful ways and I am proud of the amazing little girl she is becoming.”
The message for young people trying to become content creators
Misty DENCE: “Stay consistent and be patient with yourself. A lot of people see success online and think it happens overnight, but many creators went through years of struggle before people noticed them. Use your real-life experiences, stay original, and do not allow low views or criticism stop you. Sometimes your breakthrough comes when you are close to giving up.”
